Thermic Fluid Heaters
Indirect thermal-oil heating systems engineered for consistent, closed-loop process heat.
What We Provide
Overview
Thermic fluid heaters circulate heated thermal oil through a closed loop to supply process heat, rather than generating steam directly. This makes them well suited to processes that need high operating temperatures at comparatively low system pressure.
A K Engineering designs, manufactures and installs thermic fluid heater systems, sizing the heater and circulation loop to match your process temperature and heat-load requirement.
Our scope covers the full project lifecycle -- requirement study, engineering design, fabrication, site installation and commissioning -- along with ongoing maintenance support.

Benefits
Engineering & Manufacturing Process
Site Survey & Requirement Study
We assess your process heat-load, required operating temperature and site conditions to size the right system.
Engineering Design & Drawing Approval
Detailed engineering drawings for the heater and thermal-oil circulation loop are prepared and shared for review.
Manufacturing & Fabrication
The heater and associated components are fabricated under quality checks at each stage of production.
Dispatch & Site Installation
The system is transported and installed at your facility, with piping and utility interfaces coordinated in advance.
Commissioning & Handover
The thermal-oil loop is charged, commissioning tests are carried out, operators are briefed on safe operation, and the system is handed over ready for use.
Installation & Commissioning
Installation begins with confirming site readiness -- foundation, flue routing, thermal-oil piping runs, fuel supply and electrical connections are checked against the approved drawings before equipment arrives.
Once positioned, the heater, expansion tank, circulation pumps and control panel are connected, and the thermal-oil loop is charged as part of commissioning.
Commissioning includes functional testing of safety interlocks and controls, and a handover briefing so plant operators understand safe start-up, running and shutdown procedures.
A K Engineering remains available for follow-up maintenance and service after installation.
