Industrial chimney design and fabrication
Multicyclone separators
Bag dust collectors
Wet scrubber systems
Effluent treatment plant (ETP) systems
Installation and commissioning support

Overview

Pollution control equipment helps industrial facilities manage air emissions and effluent so operations stay within environmental compliance requirements. A K Engineering designs and fabricates a range of pollution control equipment, including chimneys, multicyclone separators, bag dust collectors, wet scrubbers and ETP systems.

Equipment is typically specified based on the process source it serves -- combustion flue gas, dust-generating operations, or process wastewater -- and sized to match the site's emission or effluent load.

This work is often carried out alongside our boiler and fabrication projects, and is also available as a standalone service for facilities upgrading their environmental control systems.

Engineering & Manufacturing Process

01

Site Survey & Requirement Study

We assess your emission or effluent source and existing site conditions to determine the right equipment.

02

Engineering Design & Drawing Approval

Equipment sizing and layout drawings are prepared and shared for review before fabrication begins.

03

Manufacturing & Fabrication

Equipment is fabricated under quality checks at each stage of production.

04

Dispatch & Site Installation

Equipment is transported and installed at your facility, with ducting and utility interfaces coordinated in advance.

05

Commissioning & Handover

Commissioning checks are carried out and the system is handed over ready for use.

Installation & Commissioning

Installation begins with confirming site readiness -- foundation, ducting routes, utility connections and access for future maintenance are checked against the approved drawings before equipment arrives.

Once positioned, equipment is connected to the relevant process source (flue, exhaust duct, or effluent line) and associated controls are wired in.

Commissioning includes functional checks of the system, and a handover briefing so plant operators understand routine operation and maintenance.

A K Engineering remains available for follow-up maintenance and service after installation.
